I don't love or hate him. He cant speak in public but he hasn't done anything any dumber then if some one else was in his place. Imagine if Kerry would have won, he would have been too busy trying to get out of Iraq to deal with anything else. Still wouldn't have been able to pass any laws and such bc the house and congress were in grid lock(like they're still gonna be for next 2 years). No matter who's in the white house, half the country is gonna disagree with them. what i don't like are the people who disagree with bush, or any president, but yet wouldn't know the facts of the political issues if they read it on the @$$ of the republican elephant before it sat on them.

Well, you certainly deserve a good answer. I don't like Bush as a person and his attitude sucks. His family seems to feel they are the elite and we are at their beckon call. Nothing good will ever come out of their efforts for the betterment of our nation. They should all go into retirement and never run for office again.

He is a man of conviction and stands by his principles--no matter how unpopular it may be. After 9/11 everyone wanted something done. Everyone was angered and threatened---and no one seemed to have a problem with going into Iraq then. President Bush was honest about the length of the war, the large amount of casualities, and how hard this war would be for our nation. And we let him down--just like I thought we would. My brother was killed in Iraq and he did not die for nothing. A free Iraq will send a message to the world and we need to finish what we started--not only for the Americans who died on 9/11, but for the soldiers and Iraqi people that have died as well. Saddam is just waiting for us to quit-to be able to say how weak we are. Is that what Americans want? Are we so concerned with our own lives and how everything effects us that we can't even support our own President, and to support a nation other than our own?

I like him because I feel he is a strong leader who does not waver with public opinion, but goes forward with his convictions. Some may call it stubborn but I see someone who panders too much to the public as weak and unsure. No matter what people may think or say about him, he believes what he is doing is right for this country, and I respect that

He has put us in deep debt, and deep doodoo.
The war is wrong, for all the wrong reasons.
He never admits his errors, which are plentiful.
He is a placeholder president for big business, not a real political and philosophical idealogue.
He has 70% of the people fooled, and they never shut up about their deluded state. Never.

I don't like him because while he calls himself a Christian, he uses character assassins like Karl Rove to smear the names of his opponents (John McCain in 2000). He shows an utter lack of humility, refuses to listen to other viewpoints and refuses to admit mistakes. I don't respect men like that.
