Girrll... if you have light coloured skin, count your blessings! Because light coloured skin goes well with any nail polish colour. (except black unless u want to look really grunge or green)
So why not match your nail polish colours with your outfits or occasions instead of your skin because your skin will look good with any colour!!

Go for french manicures which is best in ur case, but if you want to have more fun with colours, try white, pink or red or golden, they are always in!

Buy a few colour on sale, try them one after the other. Use what you feel comfortable with.
I am sure there will be more then one colour that you will like and enjoy.
Match them with eyes, match them with favourite out fits. Match them with Jewelry......

U can wear french manicure or light shades lik ivory and white or pink...to work.
And if you wanna go to parties u can wear darker shades according to your wardrobe.
