How can you access the "shared" folder without knowinfg the user name?

Im try to figure out a way for me to get to a batch file to delete a file in the shared folder for any body who downloads it,but in order to do that I have to enter the destination(c:\documents and settings\user name\Shared)But but everyone has a different user name,I know its possible I just dont know how

(c:\documents and settings\user name\Shared) Try using %username% where the share name would be as a wildcard
