It blows fine in the bathroom, but the bedrooms are freezing.
I've even closed off vents in the basement (very warm down there!!?????) and the main floor, it doesn't help.
What could be the problem?

Have you checked the insulation in your attic? Bathroom may be warmer because it is smaller.

Try closing the vents half way in the rooms that are the hottest. It will force the air to blow through the other rooms. Try putting some plastic on your windows too to keep what little heat in the room. Windows get drafty plus they let heat escape.

See If there Are Dampers On duct Runs To those Rooms

maybe some of you ductwork has collapsed in the walls?
do you know where your ducts run inside your walls? is there a warmspot on a wall somewhere?
also, try sealing any seams and joints where the duct work is exposed with foil tape.

Check your ductwork for holes, then insulate the ducts so they don't loose so much heat.

Check the filters, may also might be the fan motors isn't strong enough.

CALL A HEATING AND PLUMING CONTRACTOR HAVE YOUR FURNACE CLEANED AND YOUR DUCT WORK. MAYBE ITS BLOCKED BY SOMETHING
GOOD LUCK I HOPE THE HOUSE HEATS UP!!!
