This is my new standard format response for myspace users. First, if you had spent more time studying while you were in school, you wouldn’t have to ask questions about myspace. If you spent more time on your homework and less worrying about why so-and-so has more “internet friends” you might be less concerned with the proxy server bypass that will let you use your schools computer for non-school related activities. When you graduate and get a job so you can afford to buy a computer and pay for internet access I guarantee you myspace will be the least of your concerns. Until said time (if you graduate) quit wasting my tax money by studying myspace more than you study your grammar. Yes, it is my tax money that pays for your education. Chances of you being a prep-school/private school kid and not having one-on-one supervision while you update your myspace is about 4 million to 1. If it really is that important that you have to access it during school hours, why even go to school? Ask mommy and daddy if you can stay home tomorrow and flirt with child predators online. I am sure they won’t mind. Lastly, if this standard format response does not apply to your particular myspace question, oh well, I guess I won’t have you on my top five list, huh?

N,
This is really, really funny.
People really do get on other people's cases when they ask how to get on MySpace.
So FYI: Computer class can be boring. There is nothing to read and nothing to do after you're done with your work. Therefore, people try to get on MySpace. It can be entertaining in its own way. And just because you use MySpace doesn't mean you are talking to an online predator. That's why profiles are set to private, and you're only supposed to add people you know. What someone does during their well-deserved free time at school (done with work or no work) is no cause to get angry about.
That doesn't your question though, so here's my answer:
home.myspace.com
You can get in and view other people's profiles but you can't sign in. Anonymous proxy servers don't work at school; they get blocked too. But tell me if you figure something out.
Oh, and I really like what someone wrote before on figuring out proxy servers to somehow get on MySpace. Great challenge; you learn and get to be entertained in the end. =)

Yes, you'll need to deploy a proxy service. Either create a remote proxy server on a system in a LAN external to the school's network, or use an anonymous proxy server available from the Internet.

Now you have a project. Find out what a proxy server is, and how to configure it. This is an excellent project for your computer class, and will distract you from worrying about trivia like MySpace.

No. The school didn't go to the trouble and expense of filtering myspace out of it's systems for you to get on it. Apparently it's inappropriate to be on myspace in school, so stay bored, do myspace at home, and stop your foolishness. The school knows better than you, so trust their judgement.

Schools is for learning. Get a good education and forget about the myspace nonsense for now.

You have no business on Myspace at school

They blocked it because you shouldn't be doing it. Concentrate on doing other school work instead of trying to get yourself in trouble. Why are you even on this site? It's past not pass, by the way. Maybe pay more attention in English.

1 way is 2 get in through the "back door". Are there any other sites linked to myspace? Or also you can find an extended address such as http://myspace/???/???.com
good luck!
