for videos on youbute, they provide the code there that you can use

you have to edit the html of your myspace profile in order to add it (put it in the about me section)

personal photo? uploady our picture to their server (add/edit photos) or upload it to a free site like http://www.imageshack.us and they will provide you with the code to add it (via the about me section)
