Or, though there is no chance this would happen, do they need Peter Gabriel to regain the spotlight as well?

Just for the record, Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford and Tony are reuniting...no question. I also heard, originally, Peter Gabriel but due to his new album he is working on the schedules wouldn't mesh...again, that's the story I heard, so not sure on accuracy.

Since seeing American Psycho I can't listen to them without cracking up...I like Peter better as a solo artist and Phil beter as the front for Genesis, but not so much solo

I like Peter and Phil on ther own...they have an awesome original style of their own. Being together as Genesis would "drown out" their talents.
