An open system is unchanging >> this is impossible .. as long as it exchanges matter and energy it must change ..

An open system is unaffected by outside objects >> its wrong coz it can be affected ..

It's B.
A closed system means that the energy stays inside (or outside) the system. An open system has no barriers, and is therefore "open" to the exchange of energy with its surroundings.

P.S. Why is there no A?
