If you mean a PIR (body heat) sensor there are many manufacturers, they are all the same standard 6 wire connection, + / -, tamper and alarm. Do you wish to add or replace one?? Any electrical or alarm spares dealer should have them from about £12.00 also Screwfix and Ebay.
