my first child no... my second child yes and 2 days after i had both my kids my boobs hurt like hell, from the breastmilk building up inside, but thats normal... its also normal to have swollen breast early on too.

Yes! It is perfectly normal. They grow and get sore because of hormones. They get veiny because of increased blood flow to your breasts.

Yes...and those "veins" you are asking about turned out to be stretch marks for me :(

Yes absolutely! It's all normal, they get even bigger and more veiny when your milk comes in. I was a 32B I was a 34DD when my milk came in
