How fast is your processor? How much memory do you have? Are you running anything else at the same time (like virus scans, etc). I have the complete Sims 2 collection and usually when it slows down is because it has used up all my virtual memory. My solution is to create houses and Sim's and pets etc first, come out and go back in to actually play them.

It relies upon on how "in touch" you desire to be interior the activity. I surely have the two the Sims and Sims2. i finished enjoying the sims approximately 2 years in the past nevertheless. Sims2 could be harder to play at situations, extremely once you start up up families with varied Sims. so an prolonged way as returning the activity, it relies upon on the shop's coverage. you could ought to deceive get a refund. additionally make confident your computing device can preserve it till now you attempt the exchange.

Yes mine did that too. I cleaned out my drive of all the stuff i didnt really need and then it worked much better, It is just that there is so much information in the complete collection that even the diggest computers have trouble. We have a computer that was built specially for gaming and ours still did it. When it does this again just do a clean out and a defrag and it should be better. Ours was. (till we filled it up again) lol
