If you are not losing coolant, and the smoke clears up after a bit, it is just condensation in the exhaust system burning off. After sitting for several weeks, and the weather getting cooler during that time, this is normal!!

This is common in older vechiles that set awhile. It isn't the oil, Blue smoke is oil. I would just let it run until it got the smoke out of it. Running at 1200 rpms, is probably because it hasn't been ran in 3 weeks and the engine is cold, so its working harder to get the oil circulating to warm up the engine. I really wouldn't worry about it to much, unless it starts getting worse, then you might take it to have it looked at.

Probable Just some leaky valve seals ! engine is probable a little tired after it sits the valve seal will bleed off into the cylinders ! when u start it up it will burn the oil out leaving white smoke to come out the exhaust but nothing to worry about as long as it quits smoking !

its burning oil or the oil seal have lost thier seat because of sitting for along time. Start it up and let it run for 20 minutes. if that dont help i guess rebuild the engine.

My old car usually would clear up after it had been running for awhile. I would just leave it "locked" and running in my driveway for 30 minutes when I was in same situation.

Blown head gasket. (coolant entering exhaust not crankcase is why water and oil are not mixed).

if after the car warms ups for a while...... there is no smoke... then everything normal.... prob. just some moisture in the pipes
