There are two things that people need to understand LIght & Dark. If you truly know these thing tell me about them and give some examples.

Dark is all the sadness in the world, mental and physical illnesses, feeling lost, behind closed doors, cutting, death, suicide, isolation, lonliness, winter, rain.

Light is the sun, a beautiful life, summer, snow, happiness, understandings, love, hope, all that is good.
