I said I'd go to a party as a broccoli but I have no idea what to wear and the outfits you can buy are really expensive!! Any ideas on how to make one?

The stalk is easy, just wear green clothing top to bottom. Then get a spray can of green hair dye, it washes out the same night, and curl your hair very tightly. Use plenty of styling product to get it to stand up a bit, and you have the top of the broccoli.

this sounds silly but you could carve out a big broccoli top for a hat out of Styrofoam. then spray paint it
