I don't know if you remember, but the Carter Administration was the all time worse!!!!! The economy hit bottom, unemployment reached new levels, taxes were at their highest, and not to mention Caters cuts to the military and defense left America vulnerable!!! He ignored outside threats and did nothing to take a stand!!!!
