Honey? It is pre-menstrual syndrome. LOL! Don't worry. The pain will subside as soon as your flow starts and relieves your pain. Your question sounds as if you're worried about getting babied? Make him use condoms because you could end up with more than an unwanted preganacy if you don't.

When I have pms, it starts about 1 week before I start? And the only thing that my husband and I can agree on is? WE BOTH WISH HE WAS DEAD! DEAD! DEAD! LOL! It's normal honey. Also, you really need to start writing down the day you start your period on a calendar. Mark off 28 days from that day and you should start again if not preggers. It is not going to end up always being at the end of the month because a period is normally 28 days and calendar days are 28-31. It is going to change which week you start, know what I mean? I even mark my calenday to refelct a week earlier that I am PMS-ING! EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE! LEAVE ME ALONE.! LOL! Was that nice enough? LOL! Good luck.

first the withdraw method is not a very safe form of birth control. ovulation takes place 15 days after the first day of your period. the back pain may not be menstral related it could be a kidney infection a bladder infection you need to see a doctor sweety. alot of sex gives you bladder infections and not treated can cause back pain. so get to the doctor.
