Simple, you have to eat less calories than you burn off, it's the only way to do it, exercise and you'll see the weight drop off, eat processed foods, sugary stuff and you'll get fat.

Spicy food is actually good for you as it makes your metabolism work harder thus burning off more energy. Try eating more oats and peanuts, don't snack and stay away from sugar!!

first of all, you need to understand that you can lose weight only if you eat less and excercise more. Other than this, don't eat sweet things and most importantly, eat a high fibre diet. This will get the waste out of your system completely everyday. Sorry, the harsh truth is that there is no magic pill.

Every doctor says to loose weight you have to do diet and exercise. Nothing can get more natural than that. Why dont we do it. discipline. It takes a lot of discipline to follow a diet and exercise routine. The recipe is simple. Eat less and exercise more.

Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice....mix with water....1/2 Juice and 1/2 water.
Not just any grapefruit juice.
It always works for me....my girl friend told me about it about 4 years ago.
It really works.......no set amount of glasses to drink, but at least 2 a day...
