I am sure that your husband has no idea of how hard it can be at home with small children. I suggest that as soon as you can manage the feeding, that you go away for a weekend (or at least 24 hours) on your own or with your friends and leave your husband with the kids. When you come back he will have a much better idea of all that you do. You will then be in a much better position to talk to him about how you feel that you never have time off and about what responsibilities he can take on around the house. He can still have 1/2 an hour or so to unwind after work, but then he has to pull his weight (NOT 'help' you) until you can both relax when the kids are in bed.

I have had problem skin for all of my life. If you just want home remedies then you should use a little honey, some wheat germ, and sugar if your face is dry or salt if your skin is oily. Add some water to it so that it is a nice scrub texture. If its too rough then add some more water to it, the other good thing is that its completely edible. If you want a mainstream answer then let me tell you that PROACTIVE SOLUTION is the greatest stuff i have ever run across, and it doesnt take you any time at all to do. Good Luck

Use non-comedogenic moisturizers and makeup.

5. Avoid overmoisturizing the skin. Use the lightest-weight moisturizer necessary.

6. Use a mud mask once a week to clean out pores.

7. Try a medicated refining mask that cleanses and corrects problem skin.

8. Wash makeup brushes and sponges frequently to minimize dirt and bacteria.

9. Athletic activities and exposure to greasy environments, such as fast-food establishments, contribute to acne.

10. Drink plenty of water to flush out impurities.

11. Keep hands and hair away from face.

And now try this honey bleamish treatment, that's really magical...

Honey is great for drawing out impurities. It also contains a large amount of potassium, giving it antibacterial properties. For serious cases, try a complete facial mask of pure honey, rather than just a spot treatment.
Soak a cotton ball in warm salt water; press on the blemish for three minutes to help dissolve the top.
Dab a bit of honey on the affected area to deep-clean the pore and draw out any bacteria. Let sit for ten to 15 minutes.
Clean the face with normal cleanser; then rinse the skin well with warm water, then cool water.
Pat the skin dry.
I hope my tips will help to prevent or treat pimples... let me know if you get good results!!

The secret is just take care of your skin, do steaming, scrubbing atleast once a week. use sugar to scrub. Then apply a good face mask like multani mitti or masoor dhal paste with turmeric or crushed tomatoes for 15 mins. Always apply a good moisturiser, never use cold creams, a good moisturiser is like nivea soft. And, always wear sunscreen when going out, try lakhme suncreen or ayur, and dont use too much powder on your face......very little.....

Before going to bed wear your moisturiser.

You really need to concentrate on a good sunblock, even dark skin will become a little paler if you stray out of the sun, though obviously your genes will dictate how far that can change, but enjoy being dark, just make sure your skin is clean and lighty moisturised every night and enjoy being beautiful as yourself

love using honey as overnight face treatment...not too much, as it is sticky.

for exfoliation once or twice a month, get uncoated bottle of aspirin (like $0.97 @ walmart)... take 3-4 tablets, add few drops of warm water. when soft, add cetaphil, facial cleanser, or any mask u use (even honey!). mix and scrub on face.... wait for 10-30 min, wash off w/ warm water. Moisturize after w/ lotion!! skin will feel extremely soft...i noticed better complexion (i am normally kind of red) :) good luck!

You cannot change the color of your skin no matter what you do. The only thing you can do is take off the tan. If you rub your skin with lemon, it gets rid of the tan and also exfoliate at least 2-3 times a week. It gets rid of the dull skin cells and give you fresh clean younger skin.
