I just had no idea what happened. Neo dies and Agt. Smith and all the other copies die too? Please shed some light. I got confused during part two, who was the French guy and the other two albino looking guys?

To be honest, I'm not absolutely sure myself. But, I see it as:
Remember that almost everyone is a program in the Matrix world. The keymaster was like your password manager. He held the access keys to various other programs. The French guy was like a server. Full of information, controlling a number of other programs. The two albino guys were just the next generation of agents-like Agent Smith on crack.
The end: Agent Smith is acting as a virus. He inserts his program into all the other programs. He rewrites their program into his own. He also begins to infect and rewrite real beings in the real world. He's taking over and wants to end everything. When he takes over Neo's body he doesn't realize that Neo has the ability to do the same thing. Only Neo is stronger and once inside Agent Smith defenses destroys him from the inside.

I think the French guy was supposed to be some independent rogue program running on the Matrix computers, and the albino guys were minions he created.
The end of part 3 was not well explained. I think you're right, Neo killed Smith, and by extension, his clones. I'm not sure if Neo died or became one with the machines. Then the machines and the humans declared a truce and everyone lived happily ever after.
I never got over the part where Neo had his powers in the real world, not just in the Matrix. In the first movie, his powers came from circumventing the constraints of the computer simulation that is the Matrix. But now he can do it in the real world too? It doesn't make sense, and they never explained it.

The Matrix is build with the concept of Virtual Reality. Your brain is
somewhere and you work and stay another world. That is called virtual reality.In the Matrix part III the Neo Anderson going to fight with agent . The real agent comes out from the thousands of his
image. The agent try to make Neo also as his image But he fails first time (at the begining of movie) then atlast he able to do so.
Here Neo conciously take his programe but he has the super power and he was unique. So he destroy the progrme which operate the Agent. Then the Neo,agent and his image all are Eliminated.Neo also die because he also became a image of agent.I think you must know how Virtual reality work then you can
enjoy the Movie. That a good movie for science fi. Its a awesome film. Have a nice day.

Neo dies, the matrix is reset and Smith (a virus in the system) is eradicated. The controllers of the matrix decide to let go humans who discover the truth and want to leave, but to keep on running the matrix with all the people who don't realise what's happening. The war between Zion and the Matrix/machines is over, but for the huge majority of peple living in ignorance life hasn't changed, and won't change.
In part 2, the French guy is a programme in the matrix which runs outside of the normal system but can alter the running programmes to "fix" things for others. The two albino guys are leftovers from previous generations of the matrix programme which he has saved to be his bodyguards. They have special powers because they also work outside of the normal running system of the matrix (along the lines that Morpheus explains to Neo in part 1).

neo dies when he meets the ruler of the machines he gives himself to stop the machines which in turn stops agt smith and the copies.the albino guys where hench men for the french guy they jus protect him they were a form of upgrades of agt smith kinda.

It all just got a little bit silly really.
Not perfectly sur what happened myself, neo had no eyes and to be honest I lost interest.
They should have left it at one film which is an utter classic

Good Lord I was so confused after that movie I had to smoke like 3 joints just to make the headache go away.

It was a terrible ending. They should have just stopped with the first movie.

Keanu Reeves makes a stupid look and says something stupid. He then acts the same way he has since 1991....stupid. Then he somehow get another role in another movie where he can act stupid again.
