I don't do romance, but my favorite love story movie is either Brahm Stokers Dracula, the Princess Bride, Edward Scissorhands, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
Favorite comedy, there are just too many- I love Adam Sandler and I can watch Happy Gilmore a million times and laugh every time. Any movie with the Van Wilder guy is good, too. And for some reason, I love Bruce Almighty- I'm not into Jim Carrey too much, but I love that movie!

Romance- The Mirror Has Two Faces (such a sweet story)
Comedy- Support Your Local Sheriff (I love the part where he starts throwing rocks at the gunslinger)
