No matter how good looking a guy is, if he starts telling me about how big his boat is, how many suits he has, how much money he makes....etc....IT IS A MAJOR TURN OFF! To me it says "hi, i have no intellectual skills, no personal skills, i just want to get laid".
Why do men do that?

Because genetically women GENERALLY are looking fora good provider - - so years and years of training has caused men to attempt to prove they can be a good provider, and to do this they brag on the possessions they have acquired.
What you might consider is peeling the onion. Rather than dismissing a man simply because he took the wrong route to get your attention attempt to redirect his focus. Don't be so callous as to dismiss him but ask him questions about things that interest you.
I promise being understanding and nice and kind doesn't hurt at all. You might find it to be useful, unless you plan to live the rest of your life alone and angry.

because they are insecure about who they are, and of course, about the size of their equipment. They think they need things and status to get women. Secure men really dont do this. Of course there is the fact that in this society, men are judged by their money and how successful they are , and women are judged by what they look like. That is why women rarely flaunt a car, or other material possessions, but their bodies instead!

Because most women are exactly after that.
Looking at all my friends, the only ones still married to the same women after more than 3 decades, have always been able to bring in a steady income.
All those with divorces, have not!
