I recived an order dated 10-31-06 ordering my ex to pay me directly weekly. He just filed a motion to reconsider. Does he have to still pay the support until the motion to reconsider is ruled on?

I live in NH also. You'll want to contact Legal Advice and Referral Center for further assistance.
Their number and website address is as followed:
1-800-639-5290 (in NH only)
603-224-3333 (Local)

Yep he sure does.
If he is not, contact health & human services in your town.
If he is still paying it and they change the amount after they review his motion, they will just adjust his future payments accordingly until it is all straightened out.

In NH, it is rare for a judge to lower child support payments during a motion to reconsider unless there is a sudden HUGE change in the payees income or the payee can prove that you are now making a lot more $$ than when the original order was made.

Good luck hun!

Yes. Until the court decides a change in the order, he still is responsible for that original order.
