Arizona has never played in the Rose Bowl, so I guess they've got the longest drought. They tied for the Pac-10 championship in 1993, but played Miami in the Fiesta Bowl.
Next to them, it's California, who hasn't played in the Rose Bowl since 1959.

Cal. Last trip was '59 Rose Bowl. Arizona and ASU joined the conference in '78, Zona's never been to the Rose Bowl but their drought is much shorter than Cal's.
