It depends on what these things represent to you. It sounds like in the dream, you were hoarding food (rich food)-you say you were hiding, and the food was hidden by you, for the purpose of only being eaten by you. Could the food stand for something else that you feel entitled to, or that you feel selfish about? And is the water breaking an unwanted consequence of your secret greed?
A lot also depends on the feelings you had in the dream- like if you were disappointed in yourself, or frightened by the water breaking, or just relishing the sensation of tasting the food, or no emotion at all. It could just be your subconsious mind reminding you to be aware of your behaviour having consequences. Or you could have gone to bed hungry, or you are on a diet, and need a good meal. Or, if you are a constant giver, and a mom- maybe you feel you deserve something for yourself, but feel guilty because your kids need things too. The dream interpreter would have to know these things about you to get a sense of what your dreams mean- but you get the idea.

There are hundreds of dream books out there, and they will all give you pretty run of the mill answers about what dreams mean. The fact is, everyone's dreams are different. That's because, just to put it simply, if for example you are a zookeeper who looks after wolves, it will mean something different for you to dream of wolves, than if a little girl who just read Little Red Riding hood before bedtime dreams of them!
Gestalt theory tells us that all dreams, and everything and everyone in them, are projections of elements of ourselves, as they all come from within. Therefore, you ARE the cheese cake, and the chicken.
Sounds crazy, but try this. Decide on the LEAST important element of the dream, and the MOST important, (no right or wrong here, it's up to you). Now imagine yourself BEING the person or thing during the dream, and ask yourself how you feel. IE. How does the unborn baby feel? How does the fried chicken feel?
All these elements and feelings are conflicting parts of your own feelings. Don't knock it till you've tried it! It can be surprisingly revealing.

Hiding in a room = Denial, evasion from something
Hidden fried chicken, cheese cake = hidden desire
water break while eating = guilt conscience, lose control
While being fat and being pregnant are the closer things. In your dream, you have them mixed them. Due to the eating scene, in your dream, you have yourself projected pregnant while eating. That is a symbol of guilt conscience. Subconsciously, you don't want people to know anything, like you hiding, and your food or desire. However, water break means your are losing control about keeping yourself from others. There may be something in your life that you are not willing to share with others and therefore you have this guilt conscience in your dream.
Fried chicken and cheese cake are only symbol of your desire and same as water break only means you are losing control. It has nothing to do with pregnancy. But to your subconscious mind, that water break is a way to tell you that you are losing control on keeping your desire from others.

It means that you are unworthy of the almighty cheesecake... and you were being punished for partaking of its glory by process of exsanguination.
Hint to avoid real life repetition of a potentially dangerous scenario: either don't eat cheese-cake.... or do whatever is necessary to become worthy of it.
[Remember: "Strawberry", "Chocolate" and "Toffee" Cheesecakes are heretical violations of true Cheesecake... and do not count as real Cheesecake in any sense of the word. A true Cheesecake will have something like blackcurrents on it... or raspberries... or blueberries... or possibly mandarin... or lemon.]

Maybe you were just hungry. This is the 3rd question I've answered about dreams today. Everyone must have had strange dreams last night. Is there a full moon or something?
