Manipal is a suberb in Karnataka.
It is several miles away from Bangalore.

There are no good faculty members
to teach, even if the students are
living there.

The reason are, the faculty members
who may take up decent jobs there,
do not find any good outlets for
their family and self.

No clubs, swimming pools, no
entertainment, no good schools,
no good neighbours(cosmopolitan),
no past time activities are existant.

The faculty members may not be
able to do justice with their earnings.
That is why, no good teachers are
willing to take up jobs there.

Manipal is a secluded place, belonging
to Pai families, and amlost cut off from the
rest of the country.

So please abandone the idea of
distance learning from Manipal, instead,
go for any Bangalore based college.
Manipal pass outs find it very difficult
to get a good job in a good company.

My sincere advice.

I would consider any MBA "distance learning" class a complete waste of time. An MBA or any masters program is all about interaction, study groups, and group problem solving.
