strengths- awesome brand recognition-good reputation allows for continued sales- expanded into walmart stores recently - reasonably priced for the middle class
weaknesses- strong competition from other brands
opportunities- more growth potential in women's market and overseas?
threats- cost of production and cost of labor remain issues, outside competition and outsourcing issues

Yeah - what she said. Husband wears levis and what a pain when he needs new ones. We have to find the size then look at the "Made in" tag. If we can locate a country that makes the fit consistent with what he bought 10 years ago, he buys all the pairs he can find. No two fit the same anymore.

Do you work for Levi's hun? Sounds like you do and you're in the advertising dept and not really doing your job.....rather interesting in. Personally I have a ton of idea's for Levi's marketing, the new commercial where they guy see's his pants being stolen is great. What I don't like about Levi's is the inconsistency in their sizing....They are still the best denim, but once they moved their plant out of Sf I can't get their jeans to fit!
