Is it better to re-do it myself with a sterilized needle? I can still feel where they are.

You can't always guarantee that your needle will be sterilized so you'll want to be extra careful. I just re-pierce mine when I haven't worn earrings for a long time. and it's doesn't even hurt. But if they have completely grown back together, have someone else do it. It's not really safe if the skin is all the way closed.

What is best is if you go to a professional piercer and have them use clean and safe equipment along with a safe and skilled procedure to re-pierce your ears so that you can wear jewelry again. If you do it yourself, you might end up with crooked holes or even two that are right on top of each other, unnecessary pain and bleeding and of course infections. It won't cost much, just find a professional, explain the situation and you'll be fine. Better safe than sorry...

Its actually harder to pierce your own ears than you think, the pain thing tends to make you stop and start and you can make a mess of it.

You could get someone else to do it with a needle, but you would be better going to a salon and get them to do it with a piercing gun. Much quicker and less painful.

You could show them where the original hole was and they could repierce the same spot.

why not just ask the people you go to if they can pierce your ears in the same place you had them done before. if you can still feel where they are then it shouldnt be too hard for them to do it. please dont use a needle sterilised or not. my best friend had a serious problem when she tried that and had to go to hospital. she hit a nerve and aparently the pain was so bad she passed out! true story!

Don't do it yourself.. My Mum let her sister pierce her ears when she was a teenager and she ended up nearly fainting on the way home it was so painful.

It's only a few quid to get it done professionally and they should be able to do it through your old holes if you show them where they are.

ok. So confident that "tube" is scar tissue. It does not somewhat count quantity placed on they pierce it, on the hollow or not, it does not make a distinction. Double piercings on ears are somewhat attractive! I went to get mine making plans to easily get one, yet I have been given 2 anyhow and that i admire them! i could wait slightly, just to verify my ears won't reject the rings.

then tell the lady to put it in the same hole or you are not going to pay her. she might charge you extra but if you don't want a second hole then it will be worth it. if u have any other question just write to me.
