My pick would have to be James Blunt. He sounds more like a woman than most women I know!

I was just going to say James Blunt when I read the rest of your question. I completely agree. He has the most irritating voice I think I've ever heard. He sounds like he's just whining through his entire songs. And yet some people still like him. sigh
