Just type in Virtural pets.. in your browser.. the first site is the one i think you would be looking for:)

If you just want dogs and catz then a pc game called Petz 3 or a pc game called Petz 4 or even Petz 5. you might find them for sale sometimes on ebay although I cannot say for sure
