Where is the largest chess board and pieces in the world?

There's one in Hemel Hempstead (Herts) where each square on the board is about a foot square. I doubt its the biggest by a long shot, but its the only big one I've seen. So to speak.

i don't know where the largest chess board is, but when i was in Salzburg i saw people playing chess on a pretty huge chessboard outside. it was awsome.

We stayed at the Hotel Paradisus in Varadero on Cuba. It has a giant chess game (excellent value when you've just drunk as much free rum as you can hold!).

There's a big one in geneva but I doubt it's the biggest, that'll be in Vegas or something
