If he had cheated on me and I took him back and asked him to wear his wedding ring and he didn't I too would be upset. He needs to do everything within his power to make this work and if he know this is important to you then he should do this for you.

Wearing a wedding band won't stop the women from coming on to your husband, for some women, it really seems to add fuel to the fire.

You'll be battling over the symbolism of the ring for the rest of your life. He obviously does not want to submit to your need for arbitrary tests of his love and committment. He already SHOWED you his level of committment by screwing around on you. What do you want from him? - whatever it is, he's not willing to give it on your terms.

YOU are working on the relationship ALONE

This is serious -- he does NOT want to wear his ring -- a CLEAR sign he is NOT committed to the process of trying to reconcile.

If he cheated on you and you want him back, and he wants you back, then he is to become your personal slave. If you say wear the ring, he should wear it, and you should pop in on him to be sure he is. If he is not willing to play by the new rules, he can leave. I think I know what his choice will be.

Yeah, oh good. And you are still married to this guy why??????? He doesn't want to be married --- to you or any one else --- he's a baby. The question is, why would you want to stay with this guy? Cheating is the ultimate betrayal... sharing one's body and soul with another while still married is just revolting.... a deal breaker. If you are not in counseling, get in. If it's not working, get out... You asked....

OH YAH......look, you should be with someone who is proud to wear his wedding ring. You deserve better than that!!
He should be making amends with you!!
Please, look at what works for you....sounds like to me your husband is playing it his way...give him an ultimatum and then stick with it!!!
My question is why are you still with the guy??

When HE'S ready??? he should be the one bending over backwards to make the marriage work. He should be the one showing his true commitment to the marriage.
