Yes, and it's completely despicable. Fred Phelps and his fundamentalist sect have protested at servicemen's funerals because they are "defending a country that harbors gays." Due to Phelps:
On May 24, 2006, the United States House and Senate passed bills which would ban protests at military funerals in national (on Federal Land) cemeteries. The Respect for America's Fallen Heroes Act would bar protests within 300 feet of the entrance of a cemetery and within 150 feet of a road into the cemetery from 60 minutes before to 60 minutes after a funeral. Those violating the act would face up to a $100,000 fine and up to a year in prison. But, as it only applies to Federal cemeteries, it has little effect on the protests. [37] This bill was signed by President Bush on Memorial Day, 2006.

It's probably that Phelps guy form Topeka. They came to West Des Moines Iowa last week because the Vally high school had a play about gay tollerance, the play was about the brutal hate crime murder of a gay man.
They picketed half a dozen churches but left town earlier than they said they would because no one would engage them.
Sad PATHETIC little trolls they are. and there are many who will dance on his grave when he is gone.

Almost everyone prizes the concept of freedom. Yet relatively few people in history have realized it. Throughout recorded history, most people have had to live their entire lives under tyrannical and oppressive governments.
The big problem that Americans face is embodied in the words of the great German thinker Johann Goethe: “None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.”We Americans honestly believe that, unlike most people throughout history, they are living lives of freedom. They are not aware that they are actually living lives of unreality and self-deception.
That’s not to say that Americans don’t value freedom. On the contrary, it is among their highest values. They sing songs praising it and often refer to past Americans who died for freedom. It’s just that when it comes to their own freedom, they are living what might be called a “life of the lie” — a life of deception — a life of delusion.

the only way wherein they shop human beings attentive to them is by potential of their disrepectful and despicable habit. i'm constructive they desire human beings to believe that Betty Ford replaced into below she replaced into. Betty Ford replaced right into a astounding, loving spouse, mom, first woman and mentor to many fragile human beings who suffered from habit. She introduced the "sin" of habit into the sunshine and an astounding sort of folk and households have been healed through fact of her dedication to those in want of therapeutic. God relax Her Soul. i'm so sorry for actual Bapatist Christians; Westboro Baptist Church participants are haters, no longer human beings of God.
