i really like coldplay! is there another band like it?

Keane is similar but different at the same time.
They can't be compared thou, but they are both great. Same piano thing, but without guitars or bass, but still really good.

There's a band called "The Feeling" - but all the above bands also sound a bit like Coldplay, too.

The Feeling are a good band, Quite similar although their not as good as coldplay but still good. Their songs have meaning too. Or James morrison. His material reminds me slightly of coldplay.

The band you are thinking of is Keane. For a whole year I thought that all of Keane's songs WERE Coldplay. So much so that my friends and I started to call them Coldplay-lite.

He wasn't a band but Jeff Buckley reminds me of certain Coldplay tracks (the good ones).
