I would have to say the Colts are the best this year. They are the only undefeated team left and they are the only team in NFL history to have back-to-back starts of 9-0. The Bears would finish a close second behind the Colts with Baltimore or San Diego in third.

This is tougher than it sounds to make a definitive statement....take the division leaders, for example
Colts are unbeaten but have had difficulty getting by lesser teams like the Titans and Bills.
Patriots looked back in gear until three weeks ago. Now Brady looks like he's hit a slump with consecutive losses.
Ravens only seem to have their offense coming around finally, but that seems fragile at best
Broncos...great defense...great running game...suspect passing offense...
Bears, almost same as Broncos in appearance...were exploited by a bad Miami team and almost blew it against Arizona.
Seahawks are solid all around but are completely beaten up.
Giants and Saints showed some holes the last week of games.
Although I think I'd have to leave it with the unbeaten Colts...for now...if the Bears, Broncos or Ravens ever get the offenses in gear, they will be hard to deny against a Colt team with no run defense.

Look at the stats right now the colts is the best team in the nfl. but im with the falcons on the best team. they may not show it in their stats or in their games. but as a whole they can pull off some good wins. the team has a good role model Michael Vick and a killer running back Warrick Dunn. and the wide receviers are juz off the map. so im goin to have to go with the falcons as the best team!

The Colt's, Peyton manning&company have the best offense in the NFL nobody can stop them from scoring, kinda like michael jordan & scottie pippen in the 90's.

Last year the Steelers were a team of destiny! This year, no one looks real attractive, but I like what the Bears are tryin' to do, but their fans think they can walk on water, when we all know that only the Steelers can do that!

Colts easily! They do what they have to do to win but no more. Saves on injuries & no one can seriously stop peyton & crew from scoring!
