Hey I need info on
1./ What does it mean to be short sighted?
2./ What type of lens in spectacles would correct each problem?

Would like sources with diagrams to illustrate as well if possible

Thanks!

Short-sighted is the same as myopic or nearsighted.

To be short-sighted also means that you do not think in the long term and make decisions based on the immediate timeframe. Thus, you make mistakes that will later cause problems.

Concave lenses correct myopic vision by changing the refraction of the light as it reaches the retina.

When you say one is short sighted, it means that he or she cant read or see things that are far away and find difficulty in reading or seeing far away things.
