Not sure what you're looking for, need more detail.
I CAN tell you they have a liquid repellent that's applied like fluid and used to clean windshield, etc.
HOWEVER, subsonic airplanes DO have windshield wipers, while supersonic planes bleed air off the engine, and directs it through piping to just in front of the windshield (think of your windshield washers on your car), and directs an airstream over the windshield to keep it clear.
Wipers would not work/stay on at supersonic speeds.

I think most commercial aircraft use rain-ex at high speeds. They use the wipers when they are on the ground.
