5 minutes is 1/12 of an hour. (5/60 = 1/12).

So the baker should be able to form 12 times as many (2 x 12) = 24 in an hour.

A) 24 loaves in an hour assuming the extrapolation is a linear extrapolation from 2 loaves in 5 minutes --> 24 loaves in 60 minutes.

There are 60 minutes in an hour. So that means there are 12 5 minute increments. 12 times 2 is 24. So they can bake 24 loaves in an hour

24 of course!! An hour has 60 minutes. 60/5 is 2; 2*12 is 24.

Not enough information. If the baker was limited to two loaves because of available flour (for example) the answer would be 2.
