a prblem detected ,which shut down process -check ur hardware vendor for any BIOS UPDATE disable memory options such as cahing or shawdowing if you need to use safe mode. to remove or disable component restart your comp. press f8 to select advanced startup option and then select safe mode.

Looks like a problem with the RAM. Retry after selecting the safe mode option during bootup.
