Your coin is KM# 95. It is made of stainless steel. The R stands for the Rome, Italy mint. The scarce date here is the 1958. Since Italy now uses the Euro, your coin has been demonetized. It is no longer legal tender there. In high grade it is worth a $1.00.

It's an Italian 50 lire coin.
It's not rare, not valuable, and not silver.

ha ha. Took me a while. at the count of 4 it goes away, right? So when he said 123 and got the hard on, she said "123 for" (1234) so it was over before it started,right? Guess he should've counted to himself :p

you might check Italian coins on ebay, look for yours and see what it is selling for on there.
