They don't make things like that. Use velcro.

You should be able to find things like that at your local Hancock fabrics or Jo Ann stores. They should carry that kind of thing. Just ask someone in the fabric department and they will help.

Call Walmart and ask for the sewing/material department and ask them if they carry it.
Sounds obvious but you could also try any fabric store in your area and ask.
Use the phone, don't drive around so much.

Go to one of the new big JoAnn Stores, they have everything.
