I have a door that needs to be adjusted. It needs to move closer to the latch. How do i do that?

There is a good size gap running up that side of the door so i want to move the whole door over evenly.

You can put shims/spacers inbetween the hinges where it attaces to the door frame. this will move the door closer to the latch

undo the screws to the hinges and place thick card board about 4 mm thick ,retihghten and try to see if its moved enough or if the door rubs against the jamb
