your body is preparing itself for what it's about to endure. you go today or make it to your due date. i'm 38 weeks and my cramping and contractions started 4 weeks ago.. and then just stopped a few days ago... and all i've gotten is 1 cm dialated and my cervix is still thick... so it's hard to tell... at this point sweetheart, all we can do is enjoy our time with our loved ones and wait patiently for the baby to come. (which really sucks!!!) anyways, good luck and i hope your labor goes quickly!!!

You should contact your doctor and let them know what is going on. It seems pretty strange to me that you lost your mucous plug at 34 weeks. Usually, you lose that and go into labor around a week or so after. I have not known anyone to lose it so soon. It does sound like the baby has dropped and is preparing for birth. I think this is normal around 36 weeks on. Contact your doctor. They may want to get you in there immediatley to see if anything is going on. (Better safe than sorry) Good luck!

She has probably just dropped down and is preparing for birth, You can be dilated for weeks upon weeks before labor begins...As well w/losing the plug, It can be hours, days weeks or even a few minutes..But most likely, you've got at LEAST 2-3 more weeks to go!
I would say that you're working towards labor!

Yes, it definitely gets harder to do things when the baby drops! Ihad bleeding, lost the plug, and had a back pain the week before I had my baby. The next week, a day or two before I had my baby, I had bleeding again, and the constant crampy feelings. Then one evening my water broke a bit and that was it. I would say your body and the baby are definitely getting ready. Congrats and good luck!

Do you feel like youcan breathe easier? If so your baby has droppeding and be uncomfortable due to your baby is full term. If the cramping isn't not going away when you sit down and relax this could be the beginning of labor. I would call the L7D nurse to see if they want you to come in because you are just shy of 37weeks.

Yes, your baby has dropped. So that Means most likely it would be sometime within the next two weeks. I know how uncomfortable it is this baby of mine started dropping at 33.3 weeks. My doctor hasn't checked me yet but will this week, I'm going to be 36 weeks at that appointment. I have had two babies before this though, and babies normally drop when they are either about to come out or will within the next two weeks.
