Bens answer i right and wrong - i am a referee and there is no such thing as unprofession conduct, its unspoting behaviour and its not a sending off offence, its a cautionable offence. But he is right that iy is almost impossible to be able to tell if it is done on purpose, perhaps maybe at a throw in, but in other cases its hard. If it was awarded there woukld be a lot of abuse.

I don't believe it is a foul, unless the opponent was on the ground and the ball next to his head and he went and kicked it as hard as he could, then that would be. but in any other situation i don't believe that you could distinguish if it was intentional or not.

No.
If he aims at your head you are supposed to duck. If you don't then it's your own fault.
Unless it a blatent, petulant foul. Like say taking a throw in and he throws it at your head. He can then be sent off for unprofessional behaviour. But normally intent in such cases are hard to call. Very hard to see if the opponent did it on purpose or not.

i think you can...after all it was intentional!..
That did happen...Barca Vs Chelsea...John Terry kicked the ball hard into Deco's chest while he was lying on the ground..as he was fouled on..
