Physics and math are the most important. Obviously an astronomy course would be good, if it's offered at your school. But if it isn't, that's ok. I had classmates in grad school (we were all there for astronomy) who had very little astronomy knowledge when they started grad school.

You should also have some chemistry. But lots of physics and math are the most important.
