the way that u tell someone that ur interested in them is talking to them and getting to know them and then just tell then sometime like on the phone or in a note that u like them and if u really love them tell it to there face.

If you mean to tell them you're not interested in them anymore, the best thing to do is tell the truth. Just tell them you're not interested, and that you're sorry. If they press you, just say, "I'm just NOT interested". Keep repeating it until they give up! (That is if you don't want to give the REAL reason!)
