When I click on a link on a page that would open in a seperate window, my page freezes for 30 sec. to 1 min. and then an error report says no such interface supported, code: 0.
I also cannot click on links that people have emailed to me that would take me to web sites.

I have scanned and do not have a virus. I have disabled all pop up blockers. I have Webroot Spy Sweeper with Antivirus, Zone Alarm Pro, and Symantec Antivirus. I have lowered the settings and even turned them off before to try that.

Alisha, you might have an issue with Pop Up Blocker. If you have a blocker, try turning it off. If it allows you to get in, then that is your problem, obviously. There are so many out there and, depending on which ISP you use, some have levels of protection. If you are able to lower the aggressiveness, do so. Otherwise, you may have to turn it off everytime you want to go to certain sites. Good Luck, I know it is frustrating.

Try disabling all pop-up blockers first, then run your virus program and your spyware program to scan. If you don't have either of those, you can get Avira (a free anti-virus...you can find by typing Avira in a Google search) and Spybot, also free, which is a great spyware finder.
So, try all the above, then re-start your computer and see if it fixed the problem.
Good luck.

This sounds like some malware/virus, I suggest that you download some good protection for it, for example avast! antivirus: http://www.avast.com/
