I'm want to know who was the first European player in the NBA?
I think it was a player from Bulgaria, but I'm not sure.
I also think that the second Euro player to play in the NBA was a German center, I think his name was Bleb. Am I right?

Thanks in advance.

There were four Europeans in the NBA (or the BAA as it was called then) during its first year of existence in 1947:

Frido Frey - Germany
Lee Knorek - Poland
Hank Beenders - Netherlands
Hank Biasatti - Italy

The Bulgarian player you're thinking of might be Georgi Glouchkov, who played in 1986, which was also the first year for Germany's Detlef Schrempf and Uwe Blab.

The first that comes to mind is Vlade Divac for the LA Lakers in the mid-80's.

Detlief Schript (not spelled right) was from germany.
