"Tux paint" is free to down load and is specifically for children.Very easy to use and great fun.

All M S Pcs come with a paint program, Go to Start / All programs / Accessories, and look for ( Paint )

She should try Inkscape, it is free and is much better than Microsoft Paint. It is similar to Adobe Illustrator. If she wants to do some more photo editing / manipulation, she should try The GIMP, which is more like Adobe Photoshop.

You have MS Paint already as part of Windows.

Click Start Menu>Programs>Accessories>Paint!!!

well, if you wanted something more proffesional, photoshop do a free trial, also there is a program called corel paint shop pro, i havnt used it myself, apparently its quite good. Link below :]
