Alright, I know you're easily going to say "a friend eh" but this is a friend of mine who's pretty embarrassed about her problem. Apparently about a minute or so after contact with ejaculate, her throat burns. I personally get a burning sensation after eating certain chocolates, so I don't know what it is with her or if it's similar.

Sorry, it's not just her throat, but the back of her mouth and tongue as well.

You know the old joke about the man who says to the doctor, "My arm hurts when I do this." And the doctor says, "Then don't do that."
It is possible that your friend is sensitive to something in the semen. Overall, it is mostly glucose, but there are other components. If she has no symptoms any other time, then she should not be doing that. If her sensitivity is an allergy, it could suddenly get worse and her throat could swell, cutting off her air. My advice would be to see a physician, knowing that he has legal requirements of confidentiality, and to cease that sexual act so nothing happens to her.

She could have cuts on her esophagus from acid reflux disease and since it's salty it burns on the way down. Another thing I've noticed is when you swallow, sometimes it hurts your stomach. If she has that she might want to have some Pepto Bismal before she does it. And the throat ting can be helped if she finds out she has acid reflux. If she does they'll prescribe something and she'll feel a lot better.

is it only from one guy? Has this occured with other "samples"? I know some guys insist on it being swallowed it makes them feel more assured of their "status", So some girls wll spit it into a glass of coke or beer and drink that.
