If you are referring to a penis pump--might see some limited results as it damages your cartilige. Some guys have gotten really big using a penis pump, but the problem is that once you get it big that way, it doesn't shrink back to relaxed size all the way, and you are stuck with a fat sausage you have to somehow hide in your pants. The damaged tissue allows blood to accumulate outside of where it should go, so it does not drain out like a normal erection cycle. When these enhanced guys get older, also, they have a higher occurence of penile cancer---cancer can result from damaged tissues or broken bones (no pun intended). An enlarged penis resulting from suction devices also does not get as fully erect--you might have a 10 inch whang, but it will point south and won't be rock hard. I you are a regular size guy, enjoy your best buddy the way he is, don't mistreat him.

I second that last answer - any result is temporary and causes more problems in the long run - while a hansome bulge may sound god, it wont when your penis stays a bit blue becuse the old blood hasnt drained properly - THINK BEFORE YOU SUCTION

Over the years I have tried pills, creams, pumps, stretchers, weights, etc. You name it and I've tried it. RESULTS = ZERO. Nothing will make your "el-stiffo" bigger and you will spend lots of money trying. If anything ever was invented to make our penis bigger, that person would have more money than Bill Gates because everyone wants a bigger penis. Save you money!

my friends did. they said their penis got bigger for 4-5 cm. They said the process was pretty much painful. worth it, but...lil painful. if dont have balls, dont do it, man.
